1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dhak7 online gaming platform, including its website at dhak7.bio, all associated games, promotions, deposit and withdrawal facilities, customer support services, and any other features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Eligibility
To register and use a dhak7 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. dhak7 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in force on dhak7 or any related platform.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly whenever it changes.
- You must not use the Service if doing so would breach any law or regulation applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
Important: dhak7 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above only. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements above. dhak7 may request identity and age verification documents at any stage and reserves the right to suspend or close any account that cannot be verified.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of the dhak7 platform you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the platform. The opening of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent dhak7 customer support on social media or messaging applications.
- Notify dhak7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Log out fully at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
dhak7 will never contact you via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or any channel outside the official platform to request your password, PIN, or other security credentials. Any communication asking for such information is not from dhak7 and should be treated as a phishing attempt.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dhak7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dhak7 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved mobile financial services and bank channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank, subject to availability and any limits that apply to those channels.
The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
- dhak7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. Requests for documentation must be satisfied within the timeframe specified in the request.
dhak7 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the mobile financial service provider you use (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. dhak7 has no control over and is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): dhak7 operates in compliance with applicable AML policies. Any transaction that appears to involve the use of the platform for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, accounts will be frozen, and all funds will be held pending investigation. Deposits made solely to take advantage of bonuses without genuine play intent may be treated as bonus abuse and result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any associated winnings.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
dhak7 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified account in good standing. Players under self-exclusion are not eligible for bonuses.
- Each bonus carries a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
- One bonus per promotion per player applies unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- dhak7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in use at the time of the change.
dhak7 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all balances will be reviewed before any withdrawal is approved.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
In using the dhak7 platform, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or contrary to these Terms. The following actions are expressly prohibited:
- Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
- Using the platform to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or engage in any other financial crime.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing dhak7 staff or other users through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
dhak7 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified. Where applicable law requires or permits, dhak7 will report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities. Any funds in an account suspended for prohibited conduct will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation and may be forfeited if prohibited conduct is confirmed.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the dhak7 platform, including but not limited to the dhak7 name and logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, and the selection and arrangement of all such materials, is the property of dhak7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of dhak7.
The game titles and logos displayed on dhak7 (including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other studios) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are displayed on the platform under licence. Any unauthorised use of those marks is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhak7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if dhak7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dhak7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dhak7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
dhak7 may update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, dhak7 will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a new effective date. Where practical, dhak7 will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Service after the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to dhak7 customer support for resolution. dhak7 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
